- Open the cans of tuna and drain them well. Flake it with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Whip them together until it’s nice and creamy.
- Add the drained tuna, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
- For an ultra-smooth texture, blend everything together in a food processor for a few pulses.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
Serving
- Once chilled, garnish with fresh herbs and serve with crackers, toast points, or colorful veggies for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different herbs for added flavor, and you can prepare this dish a day in advance as the flavors deepen overnight. To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
