Cooking the Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking the Seafood
- Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Gently mix in the lump crab meat.
Making the Sauce
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combining and Serving
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Dish the pasta into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Notes
You can add spinach or other vegetables to the dish for a healthier option. Always taste as you go to adjust seasoning!
