Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reserve some for basting.
- Toss shrimp in a bowl with the garlic butter mixture until coated. Let soak for about 15 minutes if you have time.
Cooking
- Place shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Avoid walking away!
- Baste shrimp with reserved garlic butter while cooking.
Serving
- Remove shrimp from the grill and plate them. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Keep an eye on shrimp to avoid overcooking. Optional: add chili flakes for a spicy twist or swap parsley with cilantro.
