- Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated and let marinate while your grill heats up.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling, soaking wooden skewers in water beforehand to prevent burning.
Grilling
- Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Serving
- Remove the skewers and garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with a fresh salad or zesty rice.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp to avoid a rubbery texture. Try adding cayenne pepper or Old Bay seasoning for an exciting twist. Consider making extra garlic butter to drizzle over the finished shrimp.
