  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use more if you're feeling adventurous!
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving A sprinkle of lemon is recommended.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or prepare your grill pan on the stove.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated and let marinate while your grill heats up.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling, soaking wooden skewers in water beforehand to prevent burning.
Grilling
  1. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Serving
  1. Remove the skewers and garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with a fresh salad or zesty rice.

Notes

Do not overcook the shrimp to avoid a rubbery texture. Try adding cayenne pepper or Old Bay seasoning for an exciting twist. Consider making extra garlic butter to drizzle over the finished shrimp.
