Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Bread Dough
  • 1 loaf ready-made garlic bread found at your local grocery store
For the Stuffing
  • 0.5 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese to your liking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Slice the ready-made garlic bread loaf into about 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece slightly.
Assembly
  1. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab mixture onto each flattened piece and top with mozzarella cheese.
  2. Fold the edges of the garlic bread over the filling and pinch to seal.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed garlic bread bombs on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is gooey and bubbling.

Notes

If filling leaks out during baking, it's part of the charm! Feel free to switch up the proteins for variations.
