  • 2 pieces filet mignon steaks Tender cuts of beef.
  • ½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster cream sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season your filet mignon generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking Steaks
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, place the filet mignon in the pan and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
Cooking Shrimp
  1. In a separate pan, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Pour the lobster cream sauce into the pan with the shrimp and stir gently to combine.
Serve
  1. Plate the filet mignon and top with shrimp and lobster cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

If the lobster cream sauce is too thick, add a splash of broth or cream. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking for extra juiciness.
