- In a separate pan, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Combine Ingredients
- Pour the lobster cream sauce into the pan with the shrimp and stir gently to combine.
Serve
- Plate the filet mignon and top with shrimp and lobster cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
If the lobster cream sauce is too thick, add a splash of broth or cream. Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking for extra juiciness.
