Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or syrup), mixed nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use your hands to form small balls or patties from the mixture and place them on the sheet, leaving space between each.
Baking
- Pop the biscuits into the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These biscuits can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Experiment with different nuts and seeds to suit your taste.
