Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice) You can substitute with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Agave nectar or mashed bananas can also be used.
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped) Feel free to mix and match your favorite nuts.
  • 1/2 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, or chia)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or syrup), mixed nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use your hands to form small balls or patties from the mixture and place them on the sheet, leaving space between each.
Baking
  1. Pop the biscuits into the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These biscuits can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Experiment with different nuts and seeds to suit your taste.
