Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, chia seeds, flax seeds, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the olive oil and water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms, adding more water if needed.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into squares or any shape you prefer.
- Place the cut crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake the crackers in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
- Once they are golden brown, remove from the oven and let them cool.
- Enjoy your crunchy snacks!
