Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Baking
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Don't skip the marshmallows for gooeyness! Chill dough for thicker biscuits. These biscuits freeze well.
